Planning/Training Divisions:- These divisions analyse client's problems and requirements and provide in-depth, practical and cost effective solutions, with the overall objective of ensuring that clients are able to effectively “plan” enhanced product sales and profit performance. These solutions are provided by way of detailed Strategic and Marketing Plans, or via intensive Management Training programs.
Service Divisions:- These divisions actively implement proposed strategies by, e.g. assisting client's in the registration of companies, patents and trademarks, sourcing and procuring quality products world-wide, negotiating trade deals, taking orders at store level, and providing effective promotions and/or merchandising services both in-store and at major events throughout the country. These divisions effectively help clients “work the plans” agreed at senior management level.
Trading Divisions:- These divisions effectively “trade” client's products into sectors of the market that clients cannot reach, or are not able to secure “listings” for their products in specific retail outlets, e.g Pick n Pay, Shoprite Checkers, Makro, Metro, Game/Dion, Clicks etc. (see page 7 for more details).
Distribution Divisions:-
Finally, these divisions complete the
“implementation” process by providing cost effective and efficient courier and distribution services directly from clients offices, factories and/or warehouses to ANY destination in South Africa (from remote towns to specific retail outlets). Same day, overnight express and highly effective 1-2 day economy services are provided to more than 30 large corporate companies nationwide (see page 8 for more details).
Planning and Training services are provided on a project basis, for pre-agreed project fees; sales and merchandising services are levied on a commission basis; whilst distribution charges can be negotiated on a Rate per Kg and/or a percentage of sales basis. This fully integrated economic, business, marketing, sales and distribution service not only provides supply chain cost efficiencies that deliver, but can be utilised by clients to expand their product markets and areas of operation, yielding greater product sales and profitability.
Property Design & Managment Divisions:-In addition to its retail marketing services, the Focus Marketing Group has acquired and consolidated various property design, marketing, procurement and management companies into a divisional infrastructure which offers a fully coordinated and complete property design and management solution for developers, body corporates and homeowners.
